HCS Control Systems undertake the design, fabrication of the structures, installation and welding of the small-bore instrument tubing using either automated Autogenous or Wirefeed Method, installation of the ROV Interface components, fluid flushing to the client fluid cleanliness requirements, and final pressure testing.
Unlike most other suppliers who farm-out critical processes (and hence lose a degree of control of the process), HCS maintain in-house control.
To complement manufacture of the SDU structures, mudmat foundations can be fabricated and delivered fully integration tested with the subsea structures.

Our systems include direct hydraulic production systems, installation and workover (IWOCS) systems, subsea distribution units, and the complete range of topsides equipment for the deployment and handling of umbilical systems. We have specialist in-house processes such as orbital welding, and offer full FAT test and even full subsea SIT activities within our facility.
