HCS recognises the importance of promoting engineering as a career to their potential future workforce. It is also our practice to therefore support requests for educational site visits and participate in work experience initiatives run by local schools, colleges, universities and other organisations such as Careers Ahead.
Where possible our practice is to ‘buy local’ and support small businesses who can provide us with good quality services. Supporting the local economy is good for business and makes the local community a good place to live and work for our employees.
HCS is keen to support local community groups where we are based. We support local charities and sports organisations.
