Bespoke Maintenance Contracts
Our provision of high quality asset maintenance ensures equipment performs reliably, safely and efficiently in the field. Schedule of work can either be subject to HCS technical inspection, or tailored to client specific instructions to undertake particular maintenance procedures.
Proven Service Supplier
We are a trusted sub-contractor of maintenance services to a number of operators and OEM clients in the oil and gas sector. Our management team is highly experienced in co-ordinating these work scopes. Maintenance services can be conducted at any chosen site or HCS group location.
Specialist IWOCS Technicians
Our highly trained IWOCS technicians can handle; function & pressure testing, Ex inspection, test & flushing and repairs. Specialist testing including fibre optic (attenuation), hydrostatic, hydrodynamic and gas can also be undertaken. Asset maintenance is not limited to HCS manufactured equipment and can extend to other OEM assets.
Full scale Refurbishment Capabilities
To extend the operational lifespan of ageing IWOCS assets, we also offer full-scale refurbishment services. Assets will be completely stripped, shot blast, repainted and retro-fitted with upgraded components. Assets can be FIT/SAT tested as required before redeployment. See our case study.
