Subsea Small Bore Tubing Design, Installation & Testing

Delivered on schedule. Small-bore tubing fully designed, installed and tested across five differently configured subsea toeheads.

Working within a congested manifold structure, we managed detailed 3D routing, produced fabrication isometrics and installed the internal small-bore systems within each unit.

Early clash identification during modelling reduced installation constraints, while close coordination with parallel disciplines ensured progress was maintained in a schedule-driven environment.

Despite conflicting welding specifications at project outset, technical alignment was achieved prior to execution, allowing installation and testing to proceed without disruption.
